Patient Visit

First Visit

This appointment will take approximately 30 minutes. During the exam we will answer three main questions for you:

    1. Is there a problem?

    2. If so, how long will it take to be treated and when should treatment begin?

    3. What is the approximate cost?

If treatment is indicated and you wish to proceed, specific records become necessary to move forward such as study casts, x-rays, and digital photographs of your face/oral anatomy. Dr. Aboudara will then complete a diagnosis and treatment plan and will meet with you for a detailed consultation.

Age of First Visit

Orthodontic treatment can be started at any age. Many orthodontic problems are easier to correct if detected at an early age, before jaw growth slows down. The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that every child first visit an orthodontist by age seven or earlier if a problem is detected by parents, the family dentist or the child's physician.

The first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to Our Doctor and our caring staff. We encourage questions and do our best to always deliver quality care.

Please take a moment prior to your scheduled appointment to download our patient forms. We ask that you complete the forms and bring them with you to your appointment so we may better assist you in a timely manner. If you have a recent panorex x-ray it is helpful to either bring it with you to your first visit or email it to our office at orthomenlo@gmail.com. Thank you for your confidence in our office, we look forward to assisting you with all your dental needs.
